DAY 1

Pickup from Seville airport and travel to the hotel in Vejer. You will also enjoy a delicious welcome dinner made with local produce.

DAY 2

We’ll take you around Vejer in the morning, you will visit the castle, its churches, windmills and walk around its intricate streets of Hispano-moorish flavour. We’ll give you plenty of opportunity and advice on taking great photographs and making quick sketches. You will then enjoy a delicious lunch made with local produce.

DAY 3

Morning visit to NMAC Foundation of Contemporary Art and Land Art with plenty of opportunity and advice on taking great photographs and making quick sketches, followed by a delicious lunch made with local produce.
In the afternoon we’ll visit the 7th century San Ambrosio hermitage and walk along the beaches of Zahora and El Palmar where you will have plenty of opportunity and advice on taking great photographs and making quick sketches whilst watching the sun go down.

DAY 4

We’ll take you to the magnificent Roman archaeological site of Baelo Claudia right on the shore of Bolonia beach, after we’ll walk on the sand dunes and later enjoy a delicious lunch or picnic made with local produce.
In the afternoon we’ll walk along the beach to find beautiful spots for great photography and sketching and walk up to see the anthropomorphic tombs carved on the rocks.

DAY 5

Morning walk along the cliffs of Barbate and visit the watch tower. Photographic session and sketching opportunity followed by a delicious lunch made with local produce.
In the afternoon we’ll take you to Cape Camarinal in Zahara de los Atunes, visit round the lighthouse and walk down to the beach with a last chance for some great shots and sketches. Back in Vejer we’ll share a delicious farewell dinner made with local produce and enjoy local music (when available).

DAY 6

Airport transfer to Seville or drop off in Seville.

DAY 1

Pickup from Málaga airport and travel to the hotel in Ronda. You will also enjoy a delicious welcome dinner made with local produce.

DAY 2

Morning visit to our studio, for a short talk/presentation about Ronda and what to expect from your visit. For the rest of the morning we’ll take you around to the main sites whilst telling you a lot more about the history and local culture. Enjoy a delicious lunch made with local produce. In the afternoon we’ll take you to the Genal Valley and the Copper Forest. We’ll walk around the forest, taking in the beauty of the autumn colours with plenty of opportunity and advice on taking great photographs and making quick sketches.

DAY 3

We’ll take you to Seville and give you a guided tour around the city’s picturesque historic quarter and the 15th Century Palacio de las Dueñas. You’ll enjoy a delicious lunch made with local produce and continue to the tour around the city in the afternoon. On the way back to Ronda we’ll stop to see a stunning 14th Century Hispano-moorish fortress. Throughout the day there will be plenty of opportunity and advice on taking great photographs and making quick sketches.

DAY 4

We’ll take you to the amazing Cueva de la Pileta with its impressive paleolithic paintings, you will learn all about the history of this incredible site and take in the magnificent surrounding landscape, then you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch made with local produce and spend the afternoon getting creative in our studio making some art inspired by your visit.

DAY 5

We’ll take you to Cordoba and give you a guided tour around the city’s picturesque historic quarter and its main monuments. You’ll enjoy a delicious lunch made with local produce and continue to walk around the city in the afternoon and come back to Ronda. Throughout the day there will be plenty of opportunity and advice on taking great photographs and making quick sketches.

DAY 6

You’ll have one last morning in the studio to finish up work, sketches etc. We can also share our work and discuss tips and ideas for further creative work. You will then have a free afternoon to enjoy some last minute sightseeing or shopping in Ronda, until we reconvene in the evening, to enjoy a truly mesmerizing Spanish Guitar concert and share a delicious farewell dinner made with local produce.

DAY 7

Airport transfer to Malaga airport.
